We are looking for candidates to work in a warm and welcoming school for students aged 11 to 16 who experience a range of needs including autism spectrum conditions and associated behaviours, moderate learning difficulties or specific learning difficulties.

✨ About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Support pupils with Learning and Additional Needs, including speech and language difficulties, autism, physical or medical needs • Work 1:1 and in small groups within SEN classrooms • Collaborate closely with class teachers and the wider school team to enhance learning outcomes • Help children develop confidence, independence, and resilience in their education journey.

🎓 Who We’re Looking For: 

• Graduates and non-graduates are welcome • Caring, compassionate, and patient personality essential • Ability to work 5 days a week, with flexibility to adapt to pupils’ needs • Eligible to work in the UK with a valid National Insurance number • Able to provide recent and relevant references
