Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Coventry

Contract: Permanent | Part-Time
Hours: Full time / 5 days a week - Open to 3 days per week (ideally 08:00 – 16:00)
Pay: From £12.71 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and child-centred nursery in the recruitment of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional seeking a part-time role with a consistent working pattern, within a supportive and high-quality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Maintain accurate observations and records for key children
• Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A warm, caring, and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
