SEND Experience

Experience supporting learners with ASC/ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SpLD (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia), GDD, Down Syndrome, physical/sensory impairments, complex medical needs, trauma, attachment needs, PDA and challenging behaviour is highly valued.

Desirable experience includes EHCPs, ILPs, PBS, TEACCH, PECS, Makaton, Intensive Interaction, Zones of Regulation, de-escalation, restorative practice and Team Teach (or equivalent).

Settings & Phases

We recruit across EYFS, Primary, Secondary and Post-16, including Special Schools, SEMH settings, APs, PRUs, Inclusion Units, Resource Bases, SEND Hubs and Mainstream schools with EHCP support.

Locations

Leicester City, Oadby, Wigston, Blaby, Enderby, Narborough, Glenfield, Syston, Thurmaston, Birstall, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Lutterworth, Coalville and Melton Mowbray (typically within 30 minutes).
