We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing cost estimates, valuations, and tender submissions
- Managing project budgets and financial reporting
- Reviewing contracts, variations, and subcontractor costs
- Working closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks
- Supporting projects from tender stage through to completion

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, façades, cladding, or related sectors
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
