What you’ll be doing as the successful Recruitment Consultant:

• Manage full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement, with the support of an internal resourcing team

• Sourcing, interviewing and matching top talent

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with candidates and construction businesses in the area 

• Proactive sales calls and client visits
