What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the successful launch and day-to-day operation of the home.
• Building, inspiring and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
• Delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
• Driving occupancy and developing strong links within the local community.
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Managing budgets and achieving commercial objectives while always putting residents first.

About You

You'll be an experienced Home Manager who combines strong commercial awareness with genuine compassion and outstanding leadership skills.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• A history of achieving good or outstanding regulatory outcomes.
• Strong leadership and people development experience.
• A proven ability to improve occupancy and drive business performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) is welcomed but not essential—experienced non-nurse managers are encouraged to apply.
