We are recruiting GENERAL OPERATIVES for our client based in Swadlincote, DE11.

This is working for a long-established manufacturing business that produce items for the construction industry. The company has been manufacturing since 1989 and operate from modern production facilities serving customers across the UK and Ireland. This company is going from strength to strength & a fantastic place to grow a career!

Shifts are permanent afternoons Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10.30PM & Friday 2PM - 8PM

Rate of Pay £13.10ph - overtime opportunites available!

Temp - Perm Opportunities after 13 weeks for the right candidates!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment - including press machines & industrial guillotine working across a number of departments.
• Loading and unloading materials safely
• Assisting with fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting team members to achieve production targets

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and reliable attendance record
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required
