Your Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across your specialist subject.
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups of students.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring for pupils requiring additional academic support.
• Encourage confidence, resilience and independent learning.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom delivery.
• Help students prepare for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
