Our client,  are looking for a Trust Officer to manage the provision of an efficient and professional service to a Portfolio of Companies and Trusts. 

Key requirements include, but not limited to: 

• Assist in the management of administrative and clerical duties within a team of Trust and Company Administrators, ensuring that agreed service levels and business standards are met. 

• Undertake at least 20 hours Continuing Professional Development activity per annum and maintain evidence thereof. 

• Maintain close professional relationship with selected clients and intermediaries ensuring that opportunities for business development are identified and communicated to senior staff. 

• Processing of distributions, payments and asset transfers. 

• Identify and review internal procedures in conjunction with the Managers and promoting the internal and external standards demanded of the business. 

The ideal candidate should have a good and continually developing knowledge of the fiduciary services offered by the Company.  They should be qualified or close to completing a professional qualification (e.g. STEP Diploma or other NVQ4 or higher) and have at least five years’ experience in fiduciary services.  They should be self-motivated and committed to business excellence.
