Service Engineer - Dust Extraction Systems

UK Regional Field-Based Role

£40,000 Basic Salary

KPI Recruiting are working with a leading specialist engineering business that provides servicing, maintenance, testing, and installation support for industrial dust extraction & filtration systems across the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in dust extraction, filtration systems, or industrial ventilation equipment.

The Role

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial dust extraction and filtration systems
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support
• Fault finding on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
• Working on bag filters, cartridge filters, cyclones, extraction fans, ductwork, and associated equipment
• Supporting installation and commissioning activities when required
• Producing service reports and recommendations following site visits
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships whilst representing the business on customer sites

We Are Looking For

•  
• Experience working on dust extraction, fume extraction, filtration, ventilation, or air handling systems
• Knowledge of manufacturers such as Nederman, MikroPul, Donaldson, Camfil, Filtermist, Absolent, or similar equipment would be highly advantageous
• P601 qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
• Basic electrical knowledge advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
