The Role
As a Structural Engineer, you will:

• Lead and manage structural design work from initial concept through to construction
• Prepare and check calculations, drawings, and technical reports in accordance with UK standards
• Carry out structural analysis and design using industry standard software
• Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams
• Attend site visits and provide technical support during the construction phase
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and quality standards
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior engineers

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Has 2+ years of experience in a UK consultancy environment
• Is working towards Chartered status (IStructE or ICE preferred)
• Has a good understanding of UK design standards and Eurocodes
• Is proficient in structural design software
• Has experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Works well within collaborative multidisciplinary teams
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
