A well-known QSR brand is entering the market, and this is a key leadership hire to help bring it to life.

This isn’t a traditional Operations role.

Yes, you’ll be responsible for performance, standards, and delivery across multiple sites.

But more than that, this role is about presence.

You’ll be one of the faces of the brand on the ground. The person people look to. The one setting the tone, driving the energy, and building a culture that people genuinely want to be part of.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a group of high-volume QSR sites across London
• Driving performance across sales, labour, standards, and customer experience
• Building, developing, and retaining strong leadership teams
• Creating a high-energy, high-accountability culture
• Being visible, hands-on, and fully embedded in the operation
• Playing a key role in the growth and expansion of the brand in the UK

What we’re looking for

• Strong multi-site experience within QSR or fast-paced branded environments
• A proven track record of delivering results across multiple locations
• A natural leader with real presence and impact
• High energy, strong communication, and the ability to influence at all levels
• Someone who leads from the front and thrives in fast-moving environments
• Personality matters here, this is someone who people follow, not just report to
