We are seeking an experienced Chef De Cuisine to support the culinary operations of a resort in Turks & Caicos. This role focuses on delivering high-quality food while leading and developing the kitchen team. • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production • Prepare and present dishes to standard recipes • Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards • Supervise and coordinate kitchen team members • Train and develop staff on cooking techniques and presentation • Support purchasing, receiving, and inventory control • Monitor and control food cost and departmental expenses • Assist with budgeting and staffing schedules • Report on kitchen performance to senior chefs • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a professional and positive attitude • Good command of English (written and spoken) |
