Location: Nantwich, Cheshire

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Shifts: 06:00 – 16:00 (5 days out of 7 on a rota)

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will work in a chilled food environment preparing cheese for production. Your day-to-day as a Production Operative will include:

• Manual Handling: Regularly lifting/handballing items up to 25kg.
• Prep Work: Debagging, deboxing, and cleaning cheese products.
• Hygiene: Maintaining a clean workspace and following food safety standards.
• Coldstore Tasks: Working efficiently in a chilled warehouse setting.

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift 25kg regularly as a Production Operative.
• Attention to Detail: High hygiene standards (no jewellery, false nails/lashes, or makeup on the line).
• Commitment: A desire to transition from a temp Production Operative to a permanent team member.
