The Role

As General Manager, you’ll:

• Lead the launch of a major new opening in Manchester
• Build, train and inspire a high-performing team
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, premium bar environment
• Drive revenue through atmosphere, service and operational excellence
• Own the P&L and hit ambitious targets
• Be the face of the brand in a brand-new market
• This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who thrives in volume, loves nightlife, and understands how to create a vibe that keeps guests coming back.

Who We’re Looking For

We want a London-based bar leader who is:

• Currently a GM in a high-volume, premium or experiential bar
• Used to £50k–£100k+ weekly turnovers
• Confident managing big teams (30+ staff)
• Commercially sharp and operationally strong
• Passionate about drinks, music, design and guest experience
• Excited about relocating to Manchester and making their mark

You’ll bring London standards, creativity and ambition and help shape one of Manchester’s most talked-about openings of the year.
