The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join a busy engineering and manufacturing facility in Bristol. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality finishes on industrial components used in construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and spray industrial components to a high standard

• Carry out surface preparation including masking, sanding, and priming

• Mix paints correctly and apply coatings in line with specifications

• Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment

• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area

• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial or automotive paint spraying is essential

• Good understanding of paint types, mixing ratios, and surface preparation

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts:

• Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm (30-minute lunch)

• Late Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:30pm to 9pm, Friday 12:30pm to 6:30pm
