The Role:

As a Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, delivering targeted help where it matters most. Much of your time will be spent working with small groups or one-to-one, helping children build core skills in literacy, numeracy, and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting children with reading, writing, and numeracy
• Leading small-group interventions to boost progress
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils who need extra guidance
• Helping create a calm, engaging, and positive learning environment
• Acting as a positive role model during lessons and throughout the school day
