You'll Need:

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Supporting Student Success

  • Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions for students who need extra support
  • Help GCSE and A-Level students master challenging concepts and exam techniques
  • Work with learners across all abilities—from those building basic scientific understanding to high-achievers pursuing top grades
  • Support practical laboratory work and scientific investigations

Building Your Teaching Skills

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging Science lessons across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
  • Develop strategies for explaining complex scientific ideas in accessible ways
  • Learn classroom management techniques in a supportive environment
  • Observe excellent teaching practice firsthand
  • Gain experience with laboratory safety procedures and practical demonstrations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with laboratory work or practical science demonstrations
