Customer Service Advisor

3 Month Ongoing Contract 

• First point of contact for anyone reporting concerns about a child.

• Handle calls from both members of the public and professionals (e.g. Police Officers, Nurses, School Teachers).

• Gather detailed information using professional curiosity — never take information at face value.

• Record information within a structured framework on the system.

• Pass completed reports to Children’s Social Care for further action.

• The quality of your evidence directly impacts decisions made for children’s welfare
