Wills and Probate Solicitor | Benfleet, Essex | Full Time | Flexible office-based role, with a minimum of 3 days in the office | £35,000 + (depending on experience and pro rata depending on hours/days of work)

Our client, a respected and long-established firm in Essex, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with experience in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate services to join their vibrant and supportive team in Benfleet, Essex.

Are you the right person for the job?

• A minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law
• Experience in dealing with trusts and contentious probate
• A strong understanding of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Experience managing a busy caseload with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Demonstrates excellent client management and communication skills

What will your role look like?

• Manage a caseload of Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration matters
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of private client law, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care
