Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development πŸ‘©‍🏫: Lead and inspire your team by providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
Communication & Collaboration πŸ—£οΈ: Act as the key liaison between Senior Managers, Head Office, and your team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with company objectives.
Performance Management πŸ“ˆ: Develop strategies and local initiatives to enhance store performance, ensuring contributions to company-wide goals.
Operational ExcellenceπŸ†: Establish and maintain high operational standards, managing budgets and minimizing shrinkage.
Visual Merchandising πŸ›‹οΈ: Ensure products are always beautifully displayed, correctly coded, and priced, using the appropriate POS to maximize customer appeal.
Stock Management πŸ“¦: Take responsibility for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring a strong commercial focus that aligns with company procedures.
Product Knowledge 🧠: Continuously learn and share product expertise with your team, ensuring they are well-informed to assist customers.
