We are looking for food service assistants to work in a busy staff canteen.

We have both full and part time shifts available working over 7 days all daytime hours 

We can offer a flexible working pattern to suit both students and parents. 

This is a customer facing role so we are looking for people with excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Work on the front counter taking orders and serving food to the customer
• Taking both cash and card payments using a computerised system
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area

Skills:

• - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
• - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
• - Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations
• - Upselling abilities to promote specials or additional menu items to customers
