Profile – HR Administrator (Part Time)

Our client is a leading provider of software, equipment and service solutions to technically challenging sectors around the globe.

Job Role - HR Administrator (Part Time)

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources the HR Administrator will play a crucial role in improving the administration function within the team. Responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and initiatives to support the smooth operation of our human resources department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties – HR Administrator (Part Time)

• Assist with the administration of recruitment processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files on our HR database.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packages, scheduling orientation sessions, conducting right to work and security checks, checking references and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and policy updates.
• Provide administrative support for employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and enquiries.
• Respond promptly to employee enquiries and requests for information, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other members of the HR team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Experience/Qualifications – HR Administrator (Part Time)

• Human Resources Administration experience

Candidates who are currently a HR Officer, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Admin, HR Administrator and HR Manager could be suitable for this role.
