Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Supply Teaching Assistant to work in a year 1 class. The school are looking for an experienced level 3 Teaching Assistant who will be required to support a year 1 class carrying out interventions and RWI groups.

This is a full time role working 5 days a week commencing ASAP on a temporary ongoing basis. The working hours are 08.15-15.45. Wednesday is a 16.45 finish due to staff training

Job role

• Good KS1 curriculum knowledge

• Experienced in RWI
• To confidently lead small intervention groups

• To build relationships with the pupils
• Follow school policy regarding behaviour management and safeguarding.

• relevant experience and knowledge across key stage 1 are required for this teaching assistant role
• Relevant teaching assistant qualification
• The ability to work in partnership with the class teacher
