 JOB DETAILS Location: Redditch Job Role: Picker & Packer 60 vacancies available! Contract: Temporary, full-time Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday INDUCTION & START DATE Induction: Monday 2nd November 2026 – 2-hour induction session Work Start Date: Tuesday 10th November 2026 SHIFTS AVAILABLE & PAY RATES AM SHIFTWorking hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
Additional £2.50 bonus available
 PM SHIFTWorking hours: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
Pay rate: £13.21 per hour
Additional £2.50 bonus available

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch Checking items to ensure orders are correct Labelling parcels and preparing goods for delivery Maintaining a clean and organised working area Working towards daily targets in a busy warehouse Following health and safety procedures WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
