The Role

As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, creative and challenging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Create an inspiring classroom environment where all pupils can achieve success.
• Foster a love of learning and encourage curiosity, resilience and independence.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
• Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and school events.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and behaviour management.
• Be passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils.
• Have high expectations for both achievement and conduct.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be committed to continuous professional development.

Salary

Inner London Main Pay Scale: £41,729 - £54,131 per annum (M1-M6)
