TeacherActive is proud to be working with a nursery in Newcastle with a great ethos, who are looking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner. The setting is committed to providing a positive and supportive environment where children aged 0-5 years can learn, develop and thrive.

The nursery is looking to take on an Early Years Practitioner on a long-term basis. The successful Early Years Practitioner will support learning through play and EYFS activities, while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, supporting personal care and helping to provide a safe and engaging environment for all children.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A good understanding of safeguarding
• A ‘can-do’ approach with the willingness to get stuck in
• A caring, reliable and adaptable approach
