Excellent Sous Chef opportunity with busy Country Pub with Rooms

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Corby in Northamptonshire for a Chef to work in their busy well established Country Pub. As part of a small creative kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in servingse freshly prepared food. The pub serves a traditional pub menu with light snacks and busy Sunday Lunch trade.

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will prepare meals for lunch and dinner service.
• Working with fresh produce 
• Deputising for Head Chef

The Person

• You will already be a Chef de Partie or Sous who can work indepently 
• Able to work unsupervised and develop a junior team members 
• Have experience of working in a fresh food pub or restaurant kitchen 
• Good attention to detail
