What will the Payroll Senior | Supervisor role involve?

  • Managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and punctuality
  • Liaising directly with clients to address payroll queries, organise deadlines, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Supervising a small team, supporting their development, and maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery and team productivity
