Bendi FLT Driver - Coalville

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Bendi FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Coalville.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, ongoing work, weekly pay, and opportunities to secure a permanent position.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Flexi Truck Driver, Pivot Steer Driver or FLT Operator.

Rates of Pay:

• £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 04:00 - 12:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Bendi FLT Driver are:

• Driving and operating Bendi (Flexi) trucks
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Receiving goods into the warehouse
• Stowing pallets within warehouse racking
• Moving stock around the warehouse as required
• Carrying out warehouse duties alongside FLT work
• Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Organising stock ready for dispatch
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
• Conducting manual handling duties and heavy lifting where required

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Bendi FLT Driver, you will need:

• A valid Bendi (Flexi) licence accredited by RTITB or ITSSAR
• Previous experience operating Bendi trucks
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Strong organisational skills
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• A positive attitude and willingness to undertake warehouse duties
• The ability to carry out manual handling, including lifting and carrying
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training:

• Site-specific training provided where required
• Successful completion of a site assessment before starting
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
