KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Machine Operative for our client based in Wigan.

As a Machine Operative your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• 06:00- 14:00 / 14:00- 22:00 (Rotating)

The rate of pay as a Machine Operative is:

• £13.30- £14.10 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Machine Operative are:

• Working in a production area with an allocated packing area or machine to run, set & monitor
• Loading products to the correct measurements in machinery
• Operating semi-automatic and fully automatic filling and packing machines
• Being efficient on the factory floor to minimise downtime
• Monitoring, controlling and recording information on paper and warehouse systems
• Help improve the company where possible and co-operate with compliance standard

The ideal candidate for a Machine Operative would need:

• Previous experience working as a Machine Operative
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Good time keeping skills
• Good attention to detail
