TeacherActive is proud to be working with an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Salford, who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant. The school provides a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially and personally.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will support primary-aged pupils with their learning, work alongside the class teacher and help maintain an engaging and positive classroom environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• A minimum of 6 months' experience working within a Primary School
• Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in the classroom
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient and supportive approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck in
