Graduate Learning Support Assistant Wolverhampton | Full-Time | £20,000-£25,000 Make a difference beyond the classroom Are you a graduate who wants to work with young people and help them overcome barriers to learning? Do you have the patience, empathy and resilience needed to support students with additional needs and help them feel more confident in their education? We are working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wolverhampton who are looking for a motivated Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a school environment while developing your understanding of Special Educational Needs and building skills for a future career in teaching, SEN, educational psychology or wider education. The Role As a Graduate LSA, you'll work alongside teachers and the school's support team to provide personalised assistance to students with a range of additional needs. You'll help students to access the curriculum, stay engaged with their learning and develop greater confidence and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential. Experience in tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching or similar roles would be beneficial, but we're also keen to hear from graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, compassion and commitment to supporting young people.
