TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming 70-place nursery setting in Wakefield, conveniently located just off Junction 41 of the M1 with onsite parking available. The nursery provides a positive environment for children aged 0-5, supporting their learning, development and engagement throughout the Early Years.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner for both long-term and day-to-day opportunities, with part-time and full-time hours available. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the setting, helping to provide engaging activities, maintain a safe and positive environment and support children in line with the EYFS.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 in an Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting children
• The ability to adapt across different nursery rooms and age groups
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
