We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Administrators to join our client, market leading organisation at their office in the East of Glasgow. The being based on-site, with a working shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday. 

Working within a busy team, the successful candidates will provide strong administrative and customer focused support to the team during a peak period of business.

Though the position will be primarily office-based, hybrid working options will be considered after training period. 

Duties will include:

- Acting as a key point of contact for enquiries coming  into the department, answering queries and processing applications appropriately
- Handling high volume of enquiries and liaising with customers to ensure deliveries are made within relevant timescales
- Updating and maintaining internal databases - processing high volumes of applications and ensuring accuracy is correct/processes are followed
- General administration duties as required

The successful candidate will:

- Have experience working within an office based role
- Be confident working with high volumes of data entry/customer enquiries
- Have great communication skills and be able to learn new processes/systems quickly.
- Be confident working with all MS Office places
