Marketing Manager - £50,000 - Hospitality / F&B

Location: Central London
Working pattern: 4 days on-site across the venues + 1-day WFH

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to join an exciting hospitality business, overseeing the marketing strategy for 2 high-profile venues in Central London. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands food & beverage and hospitality, knows what makes a venue stand out, and is passionate about creating brands that people want to talk about, visit and share. You’ll work closely with the General Managers of both venues, developing and delivering individual marketing strategies that drive awareness, footfall, engagement and revenue. You’ll take ownership of the overall marketing activity across both venues, with a particular focus on social media, content, campaigns and brand development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with each GM to develop and execute venue-specific marketing strategies
• Creating exciting and engaging social media campaigns and content
• Overseeing Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social channels
• Developing creative campaigns around food, drink, events and key trading periods
• Working with photographers, videographers, influencers and creative agencies where appropriate
• Growing the venues’ online presence and building strong, engaged communities
• Identifying trends and finding creative ways to keep both venues relevant and exciting
• Supporting events, launches, activations and seasonal campaigns
• Monitoring performance, engagement and ROI and using data to shape future activity
• Ensuring both venues have a strong and consistent brand presence
• Working closely with the wider operational teams to make sure marketing translates into real commercial results

About You:

• Experienced in a marketing role within restaurants, bars, hotels, food halls or wider hospitality
• Highly creative with a great eye for content and branding
• Passionate about social media and genuinely understands what works across Instagram and TikTok
• Commercially minded and able to turn creative ideas into measurable results
• Confident working closely with GMs and operational teams
• Proactive, energetic and hands-on
• Naturally plugged into food, drink, lifestyle and hospitality trends
• Comfortable managing multiple venues and priorities at once
