TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of mainstream primary schools across LS2, LS3, LS4, LS6 and LS7. We are looking to recruit a reliable Primary Supply Teacher for regular day-to-day cover from September.

The successful Primary Supply Teacher will provide cover for planned and last-minute absence across a variety of primary schools. You will be expected to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain positive behaviour, follow school safeguarding procedures and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the school day.

This role is ideal for teachers wanting flexibility, ECTs looking to gain experience across different settings or experienced teachers who no longer want to commit to a permanent five-day teaching week.

The successful Primary Supply Teacher will have:

• UK QTS

• Experience teaching within a UK primary school

• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum

• Confident classroom and behaviour management

• A good understanding of safeguarding procedures

• A positive, flexible and adaptable approach
