Job Title: Autism Support Worker - Aspiring Psychologist Trial/observation days available. Autism Support Worker – Aspiring Psychologist - Maidenhead – Education and Training - Autism Support Worker – Aspiring Psychologist - Maidenhead Milk Education is working with a large SEND specialist provision in Maidenhead to recruit Autism Support Workers who genuinely want to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with complex SEND needs. This role focuses on supporting learners with Autism and ADHD, alongside a range of additional learning needs, including pupils who are non-verbal or have significant communication needs. This role is suited to individuals who are patient, calm, and confident, particularly when supporting students who benefit from structured routines, clear communication strategies, and consistent emotional support. Pupils may present with sensory processing differences, emotional regulation needs, or behaviours that communicate unmet needs within a specialist school environment in Maidenhead. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
