Owen Payne Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Food Production Operatives to join a leading global food manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton (WV9). This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with an industry-leading business supplying products to major fast-food chains worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on one of two busy production lines
• Packing food products to company standards
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Following all BRC and company compliance requirements
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Monitoring production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience
• Machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking and proactive attitude
• Flexible to work days, nights and weekends

Shift Pattern

• Shifts are between Monday to Sunday
• Working hours are: Day shift (7:00am – 7:00pm) and Night shift (7:00pm – 7:00am)
• Flexibility is essential, you need to be able to work both shifts and be available for weekend shifts

Pay Rates

£14.90 per hour
£21.47 per hour overtime rate
