We are looking to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant on a day-to-day basis from September, with long-term opportunities available for the right SEND Teaching Assistant. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support students on a one-to-one and small group basis, assist with tailored learning activities, and work closely with teachers and support staff to promote positive engagement. This SEND Teaching Assistant role is suited to someone who is patient, adaptable, and confident working within specialist educational environments.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A patient, resilient, and flexible approach
• Experience within an education, SEND, or care setting
• A proactive attitude towards supporting learning and development
