Behaviour Buddy – DH4 Full time | £107.71 daily rate | 8:30am -15:30pm Are you someone who is calm, patient and great at building relationships with children? Do you enjoy helping pupils work through challenges and seeing the difference that consistent, positive support can make? We are currently looking for a Behaviour Buddy to join a welcoming Primary School in Houghton le Spring. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference to a child’s school experience. You’ll work closely with pupils who may need additional support with their behaviour, emotions and engagement, helping them feel understood, build confidence and make positive choices throughout the school day. What will you be doing?
What are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and understands that every pupil is different. You don’t need to have all the answers. What’s important is that you’re reliable, approachable and able to stay calm when things don’t go to plan. You’ll become a trusted member of the school team and someone pupils know they can rely on.
