Reception Manager – Premium Italian Restaurant - £50,000

The role:

We are partnered with a premium Italian restaurant in Chelsea who are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a presentable, highly organised and guest-focused hospitality professional to take responsibility for the reception operation and lead a team of 7.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within a premium or luxury restaurant environment
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Immaculately presented and professional
• Confident leading and developing a team
• Experienced with SevenRooms
• Naturally warm, personable and guest-focused
• Fully flexible to work days, evenings and weekends

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading, training and developing a team of 7
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Managing reservations and guest relations through SevenRooms
• Maintaining high standards across the reception operation
• Working closely with the wider restaurant management team
• Ensuring the smooth running of the reception throughout service
