Restaurant Manager – Independent Dining

East London | £45,000–£48,000

A brilliant independent restaurant in East London – great food, a busy floor, loads of personality and a really strong local following.

They’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the lead day-to-day, working closely with the wider team to keep standards high, service sharp and the atmosphere exactly where it needs to be.

This isn’t somewhere overly corporate or process-heavy. They want someone who understands great restaurants, enjoys being on the floor and knows how to get the best out of a team.

You could come from a quality premium restaurant group or a strong independent – what matters is that you’re used to a busy, food-led environment and genuinely care about the guest experience and have an amazing eye for detail.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is confident leading a busy restaurant floor
• Builds strong, engaged teams and leads from the front
• Has a great eye for service, standards and the little details
• Is commercially switched on and comfortable with the day-to-day operation
• Brings energy, personality and genuine warmth to the role

There’s plenty of autonomy, a supportive team around you and a really good restaurant to get your teeth into.
