Brightwork are recruiting for a Production Operative to work in a Bottling Hall at a prestigious herbal medicine manufacturer based in Irvine.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday.

Your Time at Work

• Working on the production line to bottle products for sale
• Keeping in line with GMP Standards
• Understanding and following HACCP/food safety practices
• Set up and operate filling and packaging machinery
• Support quality control procedures and complete packaging paperwork accurately

Our Perfect Worker

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of the food production / pharmaceutical industry. Previous experience within food or pharmaceutical production is desired, but not essential - experience in other factory settings will also be accepted. 

You would need to be able to travel to the site, which is based just outside Irvine and has limited public transport links, so own transport is desirable. 

Strong attention to detail, high communication skills, and excellent organisational skills are a must. 

Key Information and Benefits

• Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 07:30 to 17:00 - Mon & Tue
• 08:30 to 17:00 - Wed & Thu
• 08:30 to 15:00 - Fri
• £12.71 per hour, paid weekly.

Initially this will be a temporary role, but there is potential for the right candidate to move onto permanent employment.
