Milk Education is delighted to be recruiting a passionate and committed Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in the Liverpool area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT looking to begin their teaching journey with the right support, guidance, and environment to grow into a confident and effective educator.

About the Early Careers Teacher Role

As an Early Careers Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Work collaboratively with department staff, mentors, and senior leaders
  • Use your ECT training and development knowledge to create an inspiring classroom environment
  • Contribute to assessment, progress tracking, and behaviour management
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to teaching and learning

This ECT position is ideal for newly qualified teachers looking to complete their induction in a supportive school with a strong focus on professional development.

Essential Requirements

We are seeking an Early Careers Teacher who has:

  • QTS status and eligibility to work as an ECT in the UK
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil progress
  • The drive to develop professionally throughout the ECT induction period
