Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Secondary Education

Location: Liverpool & Merseyside

Milk Education Liverpool is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for secondary school settings starting this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career with a supportive, people‑first education recruitment agency.

  • Are in their final year of teacher training with placements completed, or
  • Have completed a teaching degree and training in UK schools
  • Can demonstrate clear, confident, and strong communication skills in a classroom setting
  • Are passionate about inspiring young people and making a positive impact in secondary education
  • Are committed, adaptable, and keen to develop their teaching practice
