This rewarding role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs. You'll play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their full potential within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

The Role

  • Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development
  • Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom
  • Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and learning styles
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive
