Executive Sous Chef required for Luxury Hotel & Venue 

Our client is recruiting an Executive Sous Chef to assist the Executive Head Chef in the running of the mulit-outlet kitchens for their luxury hotel & venue based in Buckinghamshire.  The role is to oversee both the restaurant & banqueting kitchens and run service aongside the Exec Chef.  You will need to have full kitchen management skills and be able to order using Procure Wizard, ensure Health & Safety regulations are met along with running service and encouraging junior chefs.

The Role - 

• Support and coaching and training of Chef's
• Hygiene and Health & Safety Training
• Cost and Margin Control
• Stock ordering
• Producing Fresh Seasonal Meals for restaurants/events/wedding at the property
• Running service and encouraging junior chefs

The Person - 

• Excellent Communicator
• Must have experience at a busy Country House Hotel or venue
• Track record of Kitchen Management
• IT Skills
• Hands on Leader & Chef
