Salary: £14.26 - £15.50 per hour

The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils aged 4-19 and is committed to helping every student achieve their full potential through a highly supportive team and excellent in-house training opportunities.

The school is looking to appoint a SEND LSA on a full-time, long-term basis with an September start. The successful SEND LSA will support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and MLD, providing both classroom and individual support while promoting positive behaviour, engagement and independence throughout the school day.

The successful SEND LSA will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD and MLD
• Essential Team Teach training and experience using positive behaviour management strategies
• Experience supporting pupils within a school, care or specialist setting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
