Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary | OTE Up to £38,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: 42 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and first-class experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, maintenance, and repairs
·Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
·Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient scheduling and workshop loading
·Advising customers on additional work, service plans, and warranty requirements
·Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
·Managing telephone, email, and online booking enquiries
·Maintaining accurate customer records and job documentation
·Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey

About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
·Excellent communication and customer service skills
·Experience working in a busy dealership or Aftersales environment
·Knowledge of Kerridge, ADP, or similar Dealer Management Systems (desirable)
·Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
·A proactive and team-oriented approach
·Full UK Driving Licence preferred
